Policy for submitting complaints, corrections, and documentation updates.

  • Use the page summary to confirm whether this FAIR resource matches the appraisal question.
  • Open the directory or match page when the next step is finding a fee-transparent appraiser.
  • Check policy, trust, and standards pages when the question is about verification, complaints, or disclosure rules.
Client review moderation

Directory reviews are user-submitted experience reports. Approved reviews may describe communication, process, timeliness, fee clarity, and the customer experience, but they are not FAIR verification or competence certification.

  • Reviews are not published until FAIR moderation approves them.
  • FAIR may reject or hide reviews for abuse, privacy, relevance, or policy reasons, but FAIR does not rewrite review text.
  • Negative reviews use the same moderation path as positive reviews; FAIR does not suppress criticism to protect ratings.
Corrections and complaints

Use this policy to challenge wrong, stale, disputed, impersonated, duplicate, or unwanted profile information. FAIR records the request and applies the published correction, complaint, removal, and appeal boundaries.
